HOW TO CREATE NEW ACCOUNT

Critical Items when you create new account are as follows;

- Email, Password, English Name, Gender, SNS(Social Media), SNS(Social Media) ID.

- Click Agreement on Terms and Conditions.

Email

Email can be used for your ID when you sign-in.

Email shall be used to send you important information like registration, shipping(tracking number) and temporary password.

Password

1) Combination of at least two of the following characters;

   - upper or lowercase letters /numbers /special characters

2) At least 10 to maximum 16 characters.

SNS(Social Media)

Select one Social Media which you use mainly. If you don’t have any choice from the examples, please select “Other”.

SNS(Social Media) ID

Put your ID of your SNS(Social Media) which you selected above.

For example, XXXXXXX will be your ID from www.instagram.com/XXXXXXX

The maximum length for SNS ID is restricted to 30bytes even if your real ID is longer than 30bytes.

Date of Birth : MM/DD/YYYY

For example, if your birthday is November 22, 2000, then you have to put 11/22/2000

“Recommender” means your recommender’s ID who recommended our website to you. But this is not the Critical Item to create your ID.

1) Error message like “This recommender's ID does not exist. Please check the ID again” means that you don’t put the right ID of your Recommender. In that case, you can put the right Recommender’s ID or skip this process.

2) You can add this later in “MY PROFILE”.

3) Email address of your Recommender is not allowed. Note that only the ID which is generated automatically to your Recommender when they join this website can be available.

4) If the error message is continuously occurred, please capture the image and leave message on Q&A. Then our team will reply to it ASAP.
