However, sleeping packs are designed to provide more intense and deeper hydration to the skin during the night than a regular cream. I personally find them more potent, nourishing and effective in restoring my skin back to its normal condition especially when I needed a deeper hydration. During the night, your skin is able to rest and absorb more of the nutrients you provide it, yet its also the time when it can lose the most moisture if you neglect it. With this bird’s nest sleeping pack, I find it super effective at retaining moisture in my skin until morning. I like how supple, soft and smooth my face when I wake up.
